The Focal Point Training Philosophy
Drawing from the insights of philosophy and meditation, self-induced patterns of movement lead to elevated mood, increased awareness and development of a positive self-narrative. To implement this philosophy, Focal Point personal training sessions focus on answering three basic questions.

Focal Point Training provides one-on-one training in a private gym environment. The private gym helps clients learn proper weight training techniques comfortably without the distractions of a crowded gym.
Why To Exercise
Focal Point personal training dives deep into understand your goals and finding the right path to success. After workouts, we use hypnosis to reinforce the behavior of exercise.

I recently finished a 20 session work out program with Tyler that went far above my expectations and transformed my fitness journey and mindset. Initially, my goal was to find a quick fix to my lack of strength after a surgery and my overall lack of fitness throughout life, but my mindset quickly changed.
